Welcome to Food to Go Anacortes!
Food To Go Anacortes is a weekend backpack food program for Anacortes students that launched in September of the 2015/16 school year. Our goal is to provide healthy and nutritious supplemental weekend meals for those children in our community that don’t have enough to eat over the weekend in order to improve their health and their ability to learn.
Currently, we are providing supplemental weekend food bags to between 135 and 165 Anacortes students-elementary thru high school age-each week. Food to Go Anacortes helps to fill the weekend gap for students in our community that need help with having enough to eat over the weekend.

FOOD TO GO ANNUAL FUNDRAISER DINNER AT THE MAJESTIC INN AND SPA Thursday, March 14th, 2019 at 5:30pm
Save the date! Our annual Food to Go dinner fundraiser sponsored by the Majestic Inn and Spa will be held on Thursday, March 14th, starting at 5:30pm. We gratefully appreciate your ongoing support of our program as we help to feed the kids in Anacortes that experience food insecurity over the weekends. 100% of all ticket sales and donations go towards purchasing food for kids in the program. We had so much fun with you all last year, and we are hoping to have you all join us again. Please feel welcome to invite a friend! Hope to see you there!
